What counts as a seat
A seat is a member of your workspace or a pending invitation. Outside reviewers and client portal contacts never use one, and seat changes are prorated.
Assistant usage
Each seat adds to your workspace's included assistant usage, which resets every month, on annual plans too. Team Plus includes ten times as much as Team, and Team Pro twenty times. If you need more, top up from $10 to $500 or turn on auto-reload.
Storage
Each seat adds 10 GB of storage on Team, 50 GB on Team Plus, or 100 GB on Team Pro, shared by everyone in your workspace. The usage page shows how much you've used.

Your firm's first subscription starts with 14 free days. You choose a plan and the number of seats at checkout, where your card is collected, and billing starts when the trial ends.
